1. Precision V-Grooving Machines: Carving exact 90-degree angled grooves into dense Kappa board so folds result in crisp, razor-sharp geometric edges.
2. Corner Taping & Quad-Stayers: Reinforcing the four vertical corners with heat-activated adhesive tape to establish permanent structural rigidity.
3. Automated Gluing & Wrapping Line: Applying uniform adhesive coats to printed 157 GSM artpaper wraps before wrapping them seamlessly around the board core without air bubbles.

Signature Rigid Box Architectures
