Material Configurations & Structural Varieties

Every custom packaging project begins with selecting the proper paperboard substrate:

• Folding Box Board (FBB) & Solid Bleached Sulphate (SBS): Ultra-smooth, pristine white surfaces engineered for high-definition color reproduction and pristine fold integrity.
• Duplex Board (Grey & White Back): Cost-effective, rigid substrates well-suited for household goods, hardware components, and everyday retail products.
• Litho-Laminated Micro-Flute Corrugated: Combining photo-quality offset print sheets laminated onto E-flute or F-flute corrugated backing for structural stiffness.

Industrial Printing & Post-Press Finishes

Our Heidelberg CD 102 6+L offset press delivers photographic precision, vibrant CMYK saturation, and specialized spot colors. Supported by LED UV curing, inks dry instantaneously, preventing ink set-off and allowing inline coating application. Finishing treatments executed on our Bobst automatic die-cutters, Sakurai spot UV screens, and automatic dry lamination lines include:

1. Thermal & Dry Lamination: Scuff-resistant matte, ultra-gloss, and soft-touch tactile finishes.
2. Selective Spot UV: Creating eye-catching contrast between reflective high-gloss accents and matte backdrops.
3. Hot Foil Stamping: Applying metallic gold, silver, rose gold, or holographic foils for security and prestige.
4. Embossing / Debossing: Tactile multi-level raised crests, brand monograms, and regulatory emblems.
